Can siblings use the same 10-play pass?
Absolutely! Siblings are welcome to share a pass.
Can we bring outside food?
We kindly ask that outside food stays at home. No worries, though! We have toddler-friendly snacks and drinks available for purchase.
Do you sell spirits or can I bring spirits onto the premises?
No, we do not sell spirits, and alcoholic beverages—including beer, wine, and other spirits—cannot be brought onto the premises at any time. This applies to open play, special events, birthday parties, and private events.
Can I book a party with just a deposit, or do I need to pay in full?
You can book your party with a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your party date. Full payment is only required at the time of booking if your party is scheduled within the next two weeks.
Please contact us to book your party with a deposit—we’re happy to help!
Can I cancel my party?
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, if you need to reschedule your party, we require a $50 rescheduling fee.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or other issues that force us to close, a member of our team will contact you directly to reschedule your party at a mutually convenient time
Can older children play in the play space?
Our play space is designed for children age 7 and under. We understand that little ones often have older siblings, so we do allow children up to age 9 to play if they are accompanying a younger sibling.
For safety reasons, children over 10 years old are not permitted to play with our toys or equipment. If an older child attends a birthday party as a guest, they are welcome to join the celebration but will need to refrain from playing in the play areas.
We do have tables throughout the space where older children can relax and enjoy the party. Our priority is keeping the environment safe and fun for our youngest guests.
